Usage: Wet Coocheer Magic Cleaner with water, and clean the led furniture. A towel is needed to wipe extra water on furniture.

A5: Each package box include 1 x product ( table or other items you ordered ) and below 1 set x accessory :

A6: Please connect them with the DC charger / adaptor to the 100-240V electricity. ( You can refer to Q5 picture for the DC charger picture or below pictures from our User Instruction Book. )

A10: Yes, we accept sample order. From Janaury 1st, 2015 on, we provide 2 free samples amount within US$100 for the first 2 clients who apply the earliest every day.

A11: Yes, this is our biggest advantage. We have experienced and professional structure and electronics engineers working on your ODM project.

A12: Warranty 1 year for LED light system, 2 years for plastic casing.

A13: Please describe the problem with pictures to us, if cannot be fixed upon our guidelines, we will send new replacement. All charges cover to us.
      If you are not urgent, new replacements will be sent with your next shipment.

A14: FCL full container loading ( 20" GP / 40" GP / 40 "HQ ): 7-20 days
       LCL short container loading: 3-7 days

A15: T/T : 30% deposit, the balance paid before shipment ( or balance against B/L copy )
       L/C : 30% deposit by T/T in advance, the balance by L/C at sight.
